Good company, unusable item.
Sorry, mine was unusable and had to be returned. My friend has one(same make and model) I liked. Mine was a disaster refurb.

Good quality and value.
I have used over a thousand of these with only one failure that might have been due to the media. No failure reported on disks burned and printed in the last five years.
