I had an issue with the item and the seller was very generous with providing a refund. I ended up still keeping it because it was still a good deal and basically as described. The seller was pretty friendly and understanding. Aside from that the item arrived very fast and it was packaged rather well. I'd recommend purchasing from them :)

Although the description was accurate, the disc's label damage was enough for the game to not work when I tested it. I would have contacted the seller, but it was marked returns not accepted, and it's disc label damage, so there's nothing anyone could do. I'm still chalking this up as a positive, because the disc worked for the seller before shipping it, so it was by sheer chance that it didn't for me. That happens sometimes.
