Oldy but goodie. A very well made Multimeter
If you want an old school multimeter that will do just about everything and last forever, this is the one for you. It's not autoranging but otherwise a very solid, accurate, and reliable multimeter.
The only cons on this is that it's a blit slow, meaning you have to wait a second or two for a stable reading. Take your time with this multimeter and it won't let you down.

Can't beat quality and value
I've owned a lot of dimmers over the years and the Lutron Maestro is always one of the best choices as var as value and ease of use is concerned. It's one of the better built dimmers out there and the quality shines through, pun intended. More imporantly, it's easy to use and very reliable. I don't think I've ever had one fail.

Excellent LGA 1155/Xeon + ECC ram motherboard
Most bang for the buck for running 4 core/8 thread E3 series Xeons with unbuffered ECC ram. Other lga 1155 boards are just to overpriced for what you get and not guarantee to run all E3 Xeons.
