  Shies were described as good condition. They arrived and both had damage on heels and side of shoe. No photos had been included and no mention of damage. I contacted seller about a refund and they were completely dismissive. I had to ask Ebay to step in, which they did, and agreed that a refund was due. This was arranged by Ebay.   SAID NEW CONDITION IT IS NOT!!! marks on dvd's disc 2 very bad and marks on back of case buyer had no picture to see. seller said it was a gift and assurmed it was new !!!!!! seller must have look at disc's before sending them, good sellers allways check.

  This dvd was a gift. I assumed it was new & didn’t check the discs. I apologised to the buyer for my error but clearly not good enough. VERY UNFAIR FEEDBACK This was a genuine error
