Seller claimed to ship item 18 days after payment. Tracking gave no indication that item was ever picked up. Calls to FedEx had the same result. Seller claimed that FedEx was handed off to USPS, with no record. 23 days after not receiving the item, had Ebay issue refund

Buyer unfortunately strategically left out the part where we provided screen shots of the item picked up via our ring camera. As well as providing with the post office direct number to contact regarding the package. Package still shows in transit and at this time once the package is in route - buyer will be charged the price of the listing. Buyer also should be aware of defamation via false reviews. The buyer was provided constant updates and responses. Buyer is also a slow payer.
