Works great, but no cold water
In general I'm happy with this, it's awesome on a cold morning to have almost instant hot water at a tap far removed from the water heater. But because hot (or at least warm) water is continuously cycling, the cold water is always warm. The documentation says to run the cold water a bit to flush out the warm water, but that just doesn't work for me. I suspect it has to do with the fact that I have a slab foundation with the water lines running through the concrete, so not only is the water inside warm, over time the pipe and surrounding concrete warm up as well. So it takes a long time for the cold water to absorb all that warmth. I hope to install a dedicated return line for the loop in the future.

I'm your turbo lover
Wasn't thrilled to put on this turbo. Not so much because of a fear of poor quality, but more because the one this replaced had a higher performance capability. But that one got ruined from low oil pressure, and I cant afford to replace with a similiar model so I chose this one. Put it on a 2016 Subaru STI, even though the fitment dosen't list that year. But it bolted up no problem. Been running it for a couple weeks without issue. I know once the engine break in period is over and I start asking more of it, this turbo will run out of breath before the engine reaches its potential. Eventually I will replace with a higher performance. But overall I am satisfied. Looks good, came with everything I needed, was packaged well, and seems solidly built.
