short and powerful
I love these short but oh so helpful programs, easy to follow and meant to improve you health both mentally and physically!

workout, not so much about yoga
1 of 1 found this helpful this is a great work out, but truly not in keeping with yoga. the moves are there, just not the power and rest, it's all power! 15 minute abs is great, keep doing both of these and expect to feel fit in no time!
