When my cleaners arrived, they were new and sealed but both bottles were dented. I contacted the seller, who immediately worked out a partial refund. The item description said packaging could be damaged, which I didn't notice. Future buyers should make sure you read the description carefully and feel comfortable with the terms.

Perfume leaked and sprayer was completely defective despite being well packaged. The seller had no communication issues when negotiating a fairly high price for the item and from the day the item was received, radio silence and no response ever again despite multiple emails allowing an opportunity to make good on this issue. I was perfectly willing to work with this seller but saw no interest or care. Most unfortunate but lesson learned...Buyer beware.
