Said they were open today. Bad customer service been calling all day,emailing on website and here on eBay where I bought it from. The inline speedometer calibrator and device is popping up with errors hypertech told me to contact them because something is wrong with it and to get a refund or exchange I want a refund I was on hold for 1.5 hrs I hung up I tried calling again a few times and same on hold for ever will not buy from them again!!!

The wording AND pictures of the listing was very misleading. I bought the wrong rack for my truck because NOWHERE in the listing did it mention it was an "access cab" rack. It was sold as a "cab rack", which is what I needed. Either way, shipping was fast, which I appreciate. Seller gave a full refund after I shipped it back.
