Good rebuild kit

Good quality machine work on the bearings and thrust plate. Oil control rings are the stepped-end type, so they should last longer than the stock flat-end. This comes with the oil line drain gasket at the turbo, but not the one on the block. This is a good write up on the rebuild procedure at duramax hub, google "duramax hub turbo rebuild" Make sure you get some high temp anti seize like Loctite LB8009 for the variable vane plate. Mine was non-functional before cleaning and greasing and now it works fine through the whole range. Details: 2005 Chevy 2500hd 6.6l LLY
