Nice that it is adjustable
the fingers can be adjusted individually, index naturally stronger than pinky, and the palm rest can be flipped for each hand. They make one more that has stiffer springs, but this is great for dexterity AND moderate strength.

Good quality leather
Besides the safety aspects, the steel toe retains the shape of the shoe, prevents "elf-toe" and prevents creases across the instep and toe, so the shoe stays new-looking longer.
