Great bang for the buck
It's my go too cooler, it fits almost every socket out there and it isn't expensive. I've used it for xeons, ryzens and intel desktop CPUs. It's always preformed well and kept thermal throttling away with room to spare. Honestly it looks great and it's quiet and not expensive. It's not an nh-d15 but it's also not 100$. It's my go to cooler when building PCs. I've honestly bought like 6 of them at this point.

Alright monitor
It's a solid 1080p computer monitor, I overclocked it to 75hz with no ill effects. The colors are ok, it's decently sharp and for 55$ it couldn't be beat. If you're spending more than 100 I'd pass on it, but if it's under 100 and you're right on cash and want to use it as a secondary, than go for it.
