Cute kettle ... but not so great!

This kettle is very cute... love the color and like it when the blue light turns on while boiling. However, the mechanism on this kettle was not the best... I had to return it. First, the lid would not close properly. But when I did get the lid closed it would pop open when the water was boiling. Not sure if mine was defective or if it's a design problem.

Great new kettle!

Purchased this electric kettle for my morning tea. The water boils quickly and if I'm off doing something else it shuts off on its own. It's very convenient that the kettle is wireless since it comes off the charging plate for pouring. It's also very pretty when it lights up in blue when it's on. I'm very pleased with this item. Thank you
