  AIO was listed as "open box", it was not, unless he meant open the box and use it. it had dust in the radiator, the factory applied thermal paste was gone, the cold plate has fairly deep scratches in the shape of the cpu it was installed on, and I think it's missing 4 screws. So clearly this is a used item. the seller did help me out with fast shipping, and the thing will be fine, but the listing was a bit misleading. Overall decent experience, but the listing should've said used.
