new handlebars on older frames
You can use the profile design or other similar products to replace the old 22.2 stems to bars including the stems to your classic Cinelli bars which are 26.0...Unfortunately they make the fine lines of roadbikes period incorrect and look weird. If you're looking for simple racing functionality using old steel frames, go for it and don't forget to use STI shifters of your choice.

Getvwhat you pay for..it is great for the money
Needs tlc, but for the price will work great when it gets used at Carnegie hall

Had never heard of 316 bikes and equipment. Price was right so I tried it. It is not as smooth as Specialized Zertz or my Campagnolo and Looks, but it is smooth, absorbing and lightweight. Get it and put tour alloys up on the wall.
