Kung Pawsome!
Kung Pow is yet another reason why Steve Oedekerk is a comedic genius. He is the Star and mastermind behind this side-splittingly funny spoof of a seventies martial arts film. He used the old seventies movie as a canvas for this original, zany comedy. Some people hate this, probably because they don't like sillyness. If you like this movie, or anything that is awesome and also funny, check out Oedekerk's other works: Ace Ventura, Jimmy Neutron, Thumb Wars, Patch Adams, Evan Almighty, to name a few of his credits. In closing, let me say just one thing about this movie: At one point he reaches down a gofer hole, grabs two gofers, has them bite onto a rope, and uses them as gofer-chucks with which he beats many bad guys with! Complete with a close up of the gofers' face as it goes weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! in a high pitched voice. Need I say more? Yes, I do need say more: Watch this movie!
