The strangest tale from my youth. Hobiyahs
My brother had this book when I was a kid and the story of the Hobyahs really intrigued me. It stuck with me for over 50 years.
When my brother’s daughter was little I tracked it down and bought it for her. She is now all grown and an English teacher with her own little boy. Her copy has king since disappeared as she has moved around the world.
It came up in conversation recently and I have now purchased this book for her son, Roan.
Little dog Turpy will be there if Roan ever needs him.
