  Excellent seller!! I received the Otari shipped in the BEST condition. Extremely professional packaging and everything was supported with thick layers of styrofoam. Super willing to zoom call and explain how to set it up, solve any issues with their technician, and explain how to use it so that even recording novices can easily understand!
