Bad product.
1 of 2 found this helpful Connected this item to the USB 3.0 card on my desktop pc (which works perfectly). The hub works fine with USB 2.0 devices, but not with 3.0 devices. It recognizes that a 3.0 device is present, but doesn't read or write data to it. I know the issue is not my pc or 3.0 card, because when I connect a USB 3.0 device directly to the card, it works fine. So, it's definitely an issue with the hub.
