Has to be programmed

The product looked brand new. And fit perfectly but it will have to be programmed to work. Right now I have. Toggle switch ran to my wipers for them to work because I don’t have Time to get it programmed due to work. Plus it’s expensive. But yes if you have the time and the money this is a good part.
