product arrived fine but not for short people
Product as described, arrived fully functional. It does the job of quickly pick up cat hair, although some area might need to be run over twice.
But...
Why is this vacuum so tall? I am 5'4" and the top of it is almost tall as my chest, its not very ergonomic to have the center of gravity this high. My arm get sore from the awkward height very soon. Would not recommend to short people....
