Durable and Long Lasting
Reliable batteries. Real moneysaver vs. buying disposables. Get the Maha charger with the trickle and refresh charge option.

Great lens for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful NIce lightweight lens ( for it's zoom range ). Comfortable to handhold. Very sharp, even wide open, through the entire range. Maybe a tad less sharp at 400mm, but still very nice and easily sharpened a bit in post production editing. I'm not a pixel peeper that peers at sharpness at all the corners, so this isn't a techinical review. I go by the general "feel" of how a lens renders a scene, and this lens is a winner. Nice bokeh with creamy backgrounds. Auto focus seems to be quite fast and accurate ( I was using it on a Fuji XT3 ). I'm a little concerned about how weather resistant the lens is when it zooms out to 400mm and then back into the lens while wet. ( It's not internal focus, so the lens is about 5-6" longer when zoomed out ). I've attached a few quickie test shots from my backyard.
