I have used the oven a couple of time with excellent results. Make sure you follow the instructions on starting this may take some practice. Its take roughly about 10 minutes or so to heat up in 60 degree weather. It may take longer if it is colder. We usually make a thin crust pizza so cooking time is about 8 minutes with a turn of 180 in about 4 minutes. A medium crust would take a minute or 2 longer. The back of the oven will cook faster than the front because of the opening. This also depends if you like a crispy or soft crust. Since this oven portable is another great feature, just bring along the propane source and away you go. I would recommend this oven, but shop around.
