  Was looking forward to buy from these guys again and I was not disappointed! All came in healthy and as described. They also give an extra 2-3 sometimes to offset any losses which ( isn’t described to my knowledge) has nicely been consistent with both purchases.   I was obviously worried about having live animals shipped, but honestly I've never seen fish shipped this well. Package spent an entire week in the USPS system before finally being delivered, and there was not a SINGLE loss. This seller is super communicative and helpful too. The critters themselves were all quite healthy in appearance and lively even after a week of being shipped around, and there were a few extra of each just in case. Would buy again!

  This transaction - through no fault of the seller - was a doozy, thanks to USPS loosing it somewhere. The seller however was amazing to work with! Very responsive to communication and committed to making things right. I received the snails yesterday - they were by far the best packaged snails I’ve ever received. Healthy and happy, they were exploring their new tank within an hour of acclimation. I would 100% recommend this seller and want to say thank you for going above and beyond!
