Not Really Tested
The device had not been removed from the original owners account meaning that I had to spend a considerable amount of time with Tivo to get it working on my system.
Secondly the receiver for the remote is not very sensitive and remote needs to be held within inches of the Tivo Mini. Have tried fresh batteries in remote as well as several other remotes and no improvement.
Finally I reached out to the seller and he never responded.

Workhorse product and even more flexible with DD-WRT.
I have purchased several 54Gs flashed with DD-WRT and Tomato firmware. The 54G is a work horse router and with the addition of aftermarket firmware it can easily be programmed as a router, bridge, wireless bridge, access point, etc.
In order to have the most flexibility you do need to purchase a unit with enough RAM to allow you to flash a full version of DD-WRT. I prefer to purchase 54G V4 units.
I find the G radios in the 54G has more than adequate coverage and even in the worst locations in my home for WiFi I have at least 36Mbs of bandwidth available which is more than enough for streaming video from the internet.
My oldest 54G has been in service for over three years.
