great product
Good training tool in the of season to keep your swing tempo and club head speed from getting rusty.

Great product
I fell in love with the design and heft of these glasses 20 years ago and while durable, accidents happen and they do break so I have to buy replacements. The ones I received were brand new in their original box from Baccarat. A word of caution -- you must hand wash these versus putting them in the dishwasher as the chemicals in the detergent will etch and fog the surface. With handwashing they stay brilliant.

Somewhat worth it, but questionable.
This is better than nothing, but far from perfect. After a year of using it, I could best say that what it tells you is directionally correct, but in terms of reporting accuracy I'd only rate it around 70%. You can smoke a target and it'll say you partially broke it. It is partially good at saying where your pattern was relative to the target. If you don't have a blue sky background it gets confused by any background movement and won't record hits.
But, it is better than nothing given it is very hard to see the pattern of pellets with the naked eye, and it will give you a sense of if you are shooting high / low / left / right. Equally important is that it does do a good job of measuring the time interval between calling for a target and the gun going off. If you are training to hit the target before it gets out to far for example, this puts into numbers your time interval, and as you shoot faster (or slower) it'll tell you that immediately.
While seeing the results immediately after each shot is interesting, the real learning is when you are done and you start to look at how you did overall. It isn't very accurate on any 1 given shot, but overall it can be directionally correct.
It is helpful in setting up a gun, i.e. if you see that all your hits are all a bit low and to the left or right of the target, you can make a change to your stock and then shoot another round and slowly "walk" the pattern closer to the center of the target.
If this device was $300 I'd give it 5 stars as being great value. but at $1,000 few people will be able to afford it for their personal use.
