Review for Escaflowne Bandai Super Legends Compelete Collection "2005-2007 Sunrise" clear case set

I initially wanted the individual releases because I think they may be the most original North American DVD releases (they have the "2000 Sunrise" copyright text). But the complete set just saves so much more shelf space. I got the clear case set with the "2005-2007 Sunrise" copyright text on the back. There are other sets, but tend to be bulkier. Presumably they are older sets. It's quite compact but the bottom hinge is broken. Might want to pay attention to the hinges when you buy. It seems the bonus content might be identical between the two releases (the individual releases and the clear case set I have). Both releases have 8 discs. Doesn't seem like there is the American/Canadian TV opening in the bonus content. I will have to update when I do find it in the set. But I doubt it's included in any of the 2000s releases.

Works as expected

I use it primarily for imported PS2 and Saturn. It's a bit larger and heavier than I expected and feel sturdy. Made in Japan. I can't imagine encountering any problems with it for my use. Just wish they came with at least two outlets since my devices require very low wattage.
