Waist of Money and Time

I've had this MicroCell for 3 weeks and I registered it upon receipt. It has never worked for me I have contacted AT&T maybe 3 times a week and they cannot get it registered or working on their Network. They admit that the problem is on their end and clean to escalate my repair ticket but still no luck with my MicroCell working.
