    Thank you for your feedback. If your check the tracking number on the UPS website, you will see the scans and redirects that this package has had. It actually spent 2 weeks in Detroit, then back to Ontario and back to the USA again for reasons unknown to me and which I had no control over. Cost of shipping is beyond my control. I charge only what the carrier charges me and I don't charge a handling fee for packaging materials or my time.
