�� BE WARNED! I PURCHASED A HAGEN RENAKER LOT, THEY WERE SHIPPED IN A BAGGIE AND AN ENVELOPE UNFORTUNATELY THEY DIDNT MAKE IT! CHIPPED EARS USELESS! SELLER CLAIMED IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT HIS NEIGHBOR PACKED THEM! DESCRIPTION SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE LOT ALSO HAVING WHAT LOOKED LIKE INK MARKS ON ALL OF THEM AS IF THEY HAD BEEN FACTORY SECONDS OR REJECTS! As you can see by the hundreds of the other buyers leaving positive feedback we in fact do take care of our fragile items. This buyer refused to return the items so we would not issue a refund. She bought 11 of them in lot for 15 dollars and 3 had chipped ears. I offered a full refund in exchange for the items back, she is a reseller and refused to return them. This feedback will be removed since she did not return the item. Thanks and happy shopping!

The ducklings were packaged nicely and in good condition. I was accidentally sent the wrong duckling, but I reached out and the seller was great and is sending me the right one for free :) Wonderful seller and good products.
