Helped w/in 2 weeks!

Needed to regain lumbar curve badly. Used daily and within 2 weeks pain had significantly diminished bec of spinal nerve compression. Using now in conjunction w book BEING A SUPPLE LEOPARD. Both r excellent for helping with pain and stiffness. Allowing me to be more posture aware and understand I must change movement patterns in order to firmly resolve pain. Would highly recommend. Just make sure u place in correct position so that u do not compress sacral nerves. U won’t be disappointed if u stick w it.
