HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer

I am somewhat disappointed with the purchase of an HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer. I am not a repairman but I believe the paper guide is slipping causing inconsistent quality of the page. The document contains light areas and dark areas making it unacceptable to be used as a legal document. I have contacted a printer repair business and the charge is $35.00 to diagnose the problem.
