  Not satisfied. I paid VAT for the item, but the seller did not state this on the item he sent, so I had to pay VAT and charges when the item arrived. The price and description were also incorrect. This is fraud, and the seller should not be allowed to sell items on eBay.

  As explained, Norway charge import VAT. This is your government tax and as powerful as our small business is, we unfortunately have little control over Norwegian foreign policy and import tax.
