After some snags, a great product!

I had lots of trouble with the metal T-adapter. They were great about supporting me and sending a plastic replacement. The threading on the metal one seems not to fit very many toilets (from my experience, and from other reviews I've read), but the plastic one was great. I'm no plumber nor bodybuilder, but I was surprised at the amount of force I had to apply (by hand) to get this connected tightly enough that it doesn't leak. With correct parts, the installation was straightforward. This is my first bidet, so I have no baseline, but it seems like a great product!
