It barely warms the water

I live in Phoenix, AZ. Our water doesn't get that cold. It is only my wife and I living in a 1,000 sqr foot house. We do not shower at the same time. This heater barely gets the water warm. It is really a disappointment as we had the plumbing arranged around this unit thinking it would supply us with nice hot water. It doesn't. I don't know how they got any good reviews but I strongly encourage you to stay away from this product!!!
