Dell WD19 USB Type-C Docking Station with 180W AC Adapter - Black

Computer could not find the Dock

My original Dell WD19 (which was great) got hit with an electrical surge. So I purchased this used one on eBay. It did not work. My computer said it could not find the docking station when I plugged it in. Luckily, the power supply module from my old dock was not the cause of its failure from the storm. I swapped it with the one I purchased on eBay. The dock is working great now.
