Works. Old album by Skillet, but a good one
Case and CD are undamaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Plays fine
Plays perfectly fine despite a scratch on the top of the CD. Plays without any noticeable skipping so I really don't care if it's not cosmeticly perfect. Case has a definite break in it, but is still functional, so once again, I don't particularly care about cosmetic damage. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.
