  I ordered a new timer to fix an intermittent issue I was having with my washing machine. Soon after ordering it that intermittant issue became a permanent problem, which left me in a bind. I contacted the seller to ask if he could expedite shipping and that I would pay for it. Not only did he agree to expedite the order, he did it no extra cost. The new timer showed up today and the washing machine is fixed. Awesome seller !

The seller spent $10 more than lost shipping on priority mail with USPS, and didn’t charge me. The part was delivered to me in 2 days, when eBay originally quoted 9.
