    The machine operates as intended. Shipping was pretty pricey but what was very disappointing is that it only came with one original ball which wasn't mentioned anywhere. The machine originally came with two sizes. The seller responded to me that there was only one in the photos. The photos don't show how many balls there are and the seller certainly didn't mention this in the description. Seller offered to split the $3 cost of buying a replacement but I shouldn't have to pay extra for it at all.

    I bought 2 Breyers at the same time. They shipped very quickly and seller responds to questions quickly. They were packed well and arrived undamaged. I feel the price of the product was too high on one of them, but I guess that’s my fault not theirs for buying it, I didn’t have too. I also feel shipping costs were higher than other Breyers I have bought recently. I would buy from them again, because they care about their customers.

Convenient
Overall it's great, but there are a couple of things that would make it perfect. I wish that it'd charge just by hanging it up on the wall instead of having to plug in the cord every time. It's also a pain to empty when it's full of dog hair.

Good sound, no pain
Best headphone's I've ever used! They don't hurt my ears after wearing them for a long time and the sound is awesome! I bought these for my husband after I got mine because he was jealous of how awesome they were and kept stealing them.
