This was the worst buy I’ve ever had on eBay. Not only was it wrapped poorly- with just a thin layer of bubble wrap around a large and very breakable item. It arrived completely smashed and irreparable. Once asking for a refund, his best offer was to give me a 40% discount on another item at his store. As if I would have wanted to purchase another item from someone who could not wrap the first one professionally. Really terrible service and now having to have eBay step in which is a annoying.
