1 of 1 found this helpful The quality of these are great. The look like the same thing that came on the car new. They likely are the same thing, mini has to buy them somewhere. It is more of a metal material and not a sticker. The adhesive on the back doesn't look like its intended for permanent instillation and it didn't come with anything addition for instillation or directions. To install, I cleaned the install site with alcohol first and used a drop of liquid nails construction adhesive in the center of the emblem on the back. It seemed to have a donut shaped sicker adhesive, perhaps so you could do what I did. I pressed it in place from the center and worked my way out to get a firm hold and spread the liquid nails. The temp sticky held it in place until the liquid nails dried completely. So far I have had no issues, my assumption is that the sticky on the back is only for a temp hold and if you just peel and stick without using a permanent adhesive they wouldn't hold up to the abuse a tire gets. Using a permanent adhesive seems to do the job perfectly. Note: I was obsessed with getting them level on install so mini was level across ... don't bother obsessing like I did, once you drive your car and go through a car wash your wheels are never all in the same place at the same time ever again.
