However, the spinning wheel did not ship for over a week.Contacted the seller and it shipped 2 days later, but then VT flooded. That caused a 1-2 day delay. When the wheel arrived, parts were broken due to poor packing and not securing the wheel to the frame. All the packing material had shifted to the bottom of the box, so the wheel bounced and broke both axel brackets. When contacted, seller denied poor packing and said put a claim in to FEMA.
