These hex clad pans are working great for my family. We use induction primarily. I seasoned the pots each with oil and medium heat three times in a row. This took some time considering there were four pans to do. Now the pans work great, and i like em better than my stainless pans. Thats saying alot. I do not use metal in them, even though techically you can. A full pan can and will take higher heat if trying ro put some color on your food but skimpy cooking or reheating requires less heat.
