The seller said “is refundable” then when I wanted to return he told me the shipping will be so expensive that doesn’t worth. I’ve to leave with the machine because of that. My problem is that the device doesn’t work for USA. Why? The report is writing in English. But when I told him, that in USA is in Lbs and not KG also is by Inches and or feet and not by centimeters or meters. And he cannot do anything about. So, how you’re selling a device to USA in a feature that’s not useful for USA?

First, it can be returned. I did not say that you would not be allowed to return it, but I suggested that you not return it, because it's you to pays the freight, which is very expensive to send from USA to China. If it doesn't matter to you, you can pay it and return. Second, this machine is sold to all countries, so we set up the international unit of measurement: cm and kg,and we sell to a lot of American customers.There are reported pictures in the DETAILS that you can clearly see.
