You have to buy this pillow great quality
I was hit by a semi three years ago and suffer severe headaches tightness in my occipital muscles in my shoulders and I’m on my feet most of the day. I got this pillow I received a couple of days ago and the heat that comes off of it is a nice soft penetrating heat it’s not too strong it’s not too soft it’s just right. You can massage just about any part of your body with this pillow it fits your neck perfectly it gets in the little crevices and reaches your occipital muscle area. I use it on my calf muscles and feet. You can choose to have heat or no heat and it has an automatic shut off. The cord is super long so you can sit and reach your feet ot also connects to a chair so you can work and get a massage at the same time
