GREAT COMPANY
3 of 3 found this helpful I received this so called "used" laptop but it looked new and performed just great. I was shocked when I opened the box and saw how good this laptop looked. Extremely clean and the instructions were clear and concise. I ordered this Dell to replace another used one I had purchased many years ago and I loved it, So when it stopped working I just wanted one to continue running XP with my current setup and drive. What a surprise, this one looks better than the old one ever did. It runs great with my old drive AND CAME WITH WIN7 which I may eventually try. I have other Win 7 computers so I'm in no rush. But the other computer's win 7 licensing seems shaky. Not this one.
I will always look at this company for future purchases.
Please don't change your practices or procedures.
