  Ordered/paid Aug. 31, I sent 3 messages on Sept 9 and 10 inquiring about the status of shipment because it appeared the pet carrier hadn't been shipped and I needed it for a vet visit on Sept. 14. I got zero response from seller. On Sept. 11, they cancelled my order as "out of stock/damaged" but never once replied to any of my messages. Now I don't have time to buy another online and will have to pay much more for one in store. Awful seller!
