  Great communication by seller, fast shipping. Card arrived with a massive bend on the bracket next to the IO, making this a nightmare to bend back flush to get it mounted. This could of happened during shipping so I will not blame seller although I am suspicious about how such a nasty impact happened in a package so well wrapped. Overall the product works as described.

  I am just reading this now a year and six months later. I had no idea the card was delivered with damage. I no longer ship things with USPS because of this fact. I did insure the package for this vary reason. There is no way I ship something worth that amount of money with no insurance. I wish you would have reached out to me when you received it and I could have filed a claim. I have had to do this in the past and I just tell the buyer to keep it, I give them their money back and USPS pays me.
