Great, but...
1 of 1 found this helpful I love that this kettle can be set to several different settings. I'm a tea drinker, so it matters. And it heats it up really fast - I mean, 90 seconds. That is great. The only imperfection is that I haven't been able to pour it into my cup without lots of water going on the countertop. I've now had it for 2 weeks and have tried various pouring techniques, to no avail. I pour it slowly or fast, high or low, it doesn't seem to make a difference. In this case it's OK because the sink is nearby, so I now pour over the sink so I don't have to wipe up the floor or countertop. But without a nearby sink, it's going to be messy. I hate to not love this kettle, but that is a definite design flaw.
