  The item came broken in the package due to improper and poor packaging. I message the seller to see if there was a replacement and instead the seller asked me if I broke it.

  SELLERS BEWARE!!!! This buyer claimed that the item was received broken, despite it having been examined prior to shipping and very carefully packed. I immediately issued a full refund. I did justifiably ask if the item was pulled out of the packaging, in order to figure out how the item had broken. The buyer communicated in a rude and nasty manner, despite my having issued a full refund and my reaching out multiple times to provide a professional and fair resolution. Sellers beware!!
